Jonathan is the future for Jamaica in para athletics and his roots are in the garden parish of Saint Ann where he continues to receive schooling and life skills.

A para athlete for just under three years, Jonathan got out of the blocks quickly as at the 2023 Youth Parapan American Games held in Bogota, Columbia, he copped the gold medal in the under 20 T 45-47 100m and repeated that golden performance in the 400m.

With his eyes set on other podium appearances and his dream of national representation at Paralympic games alive, the sky for him is but a horizon to transcend.
