Paralympian Shane Hudson opened his season at the recently concluded 2013 Camperdown Classic held at the National Stadium with a comfortable 49.70 clocking in the 400m.

Running with the able body athletes, Shane ran a controlled race and his coaching staff at the Racers Track Club was pleased with his performance.

Training is going as planned and Shane is looking good for Lyon with his eyes set on the T 46 world record of 47.66.

The meet saw Jamaica’s celebrity three the ” Big Man” Usain Bolt, “the Beast” Yohan Blake and Warren Weir strutting their stuff in the 400m as all eyes are on the IAAF World Athletics Championships in August in Moscow.
