Major General Robert (Bob) Neish, CD, AFC, JP is the immediate past President of the Jamaica Paralympic Association (JPA) attended Munro and Jamaica College and the Royal Military Academy in UK.
He then served as an officer in the Jamaica Defence Force for 32 years and his career included infantry, flying, staff and command positions culminating in the appointment of Chief of Staff from 1979-1990 with the rank of Major General.
He is a Director of the Jamaica Paralympic Association (JPA) and currently serves as President, Royal Air Forces Association (Jamaica Branch) and Vice President, Jamaica Legion. He is a member of the PSOJ Standing Committee on National Security and a Board Member of Crime Stop. He is also a Past President of the Rotary Club of Kingston.
