With all eyes on Lyon, paralympians made a good showing at the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association’s fifth All Comers meet last Saturday June 8 at the National Stadium.

Shane Hudson, who consistently is doing sub 50s for the T46 400m, advanced his speed work with a comfortable 23.01 clocking in the 200m.

His teammate David Bascoe looked good in the T46 class doing a 23.57 clocking for the 200m having previously covered the 400m in a season’s best of 51.82.

Isaiah Simms continued his good form in the T13 100m dash with an 11.81 clocking and looks like a sub 11.60 is on the cards for Lyon.

Romadeo Williams, who is back from injury, ran comfortably for 11.90 and 24.05 clockings in the T 46 100m and 200m respectively.

“Jamaica to the World” is on the lips of every athlete as we look to Lyon and beyond to Rio with strong reggae vibes.
