When Kingston & St. Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) councilors meet on “Paralympic Day,” March 11, executives and athletes from the Jamaica Paralympic Association (JPA) will make history.
It will be the first time that athletes and top officials from a governing sport federation will speak before a municipal corporation together.
Parsons believes Jamaica is a pioneer in the Paralympic movement and aims to introduce the Jamaican model to other Caribbean countries.
